No. 25 stands directly next to the Fukier Tenement (No. 27), one of Warsaw's most famous houses. This whole section of the Barss frontage is linked to the 16th–19th-century wine trade run by the Fukier family.
Post-war reconstruction kept the original height and facade divisions.
