Who it's for
Starowka.pl is built for visitors from Poland and abroad, Warsaw residents, families with children, and schools and organised groups. We collect practical information about the Old Town in one place: what to see, where to eat, how to get there, and the story behind each tenement.
What you'll find
- A catalog of attractions, landmarks, museums and restaurants with short, factual descriptions.
- An interactive map of the Old Town based on OpenStreetMap.
- Stories of tenements told by the residents themselves (in preparation).
- Practical info: opening hours, accessibility, tips for families with children.
Language
The interface and static pages are available in English. Individual catalog entries (attractions, museums, landmarks, restaurants) are currently in Polish — we're gradually expanding language coverage. For a Polish version of this page, see O portalu.
Rules
The portal operates as a user-generated-content host under the Polish Act on Electronic Services and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). Use is governed by our Terms, and data processing by our Privacy policy.
