Opis
The monument to Jan Kiliński, a shoemaker and colonel of the 1794 Kościuszko Uprising, was unveiled in 1936 on Podwale street. The project was authored by Stanisław Jackowski.
During the occupation, the Germans removed the monument and hid it in the basements of the National Museum; after the war, it returned to its original place by the walls of the Old Town.
