Baryczko House

A Renaissance tenement house with a richly decorated façade, one of the most valuable on the Zakrzewski side of the Old Town Market Square.

Opis

The Baryczko House is one of the most representative tenement houses on the Old Town Market Square. It belonged to the wealthy Baryczko family of Warsaw burghers from the end of the 16th century.

The façade is decorated with figures, cartouches, and rich sgraffito ornamentation. The interiors were rebuilt many times, and after the war, they were reconstructed while maintaining their original appearance.
