U Fukiera is one of Warsaw's most recognizable restaurants, run since 1991 by Magda Gessler in the Fukier Tenement House at number 27 on the Old Town Market Square (Rynek Starego Miasta).
The menu is based on Old Polish cuisine — game, duck, dumplings, and freshwater fish. Its hallmark is the interior decorated with bouquets of wildflowers.
