Opis
The Church of the Benedictine Nuns of the Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament was founded by Marie Casimire Sobieska as a votive offering after the victory at the Battle of Vienna in 1683.
Designed by Tylman van Gameren, its central dome and harmonious form are among the purest examples of Baroque architecture in Warsaw. The temple was destroyed in 1944 and rebuilt in the 1950s.
