No. 35 is a tenement on the western frontage of the Market, adjoining the corner Under St Anne Tenement (No. 31). The whole Kołłątaj frontage closes the Market from the side of Wąski Dunaj and Piwna streets.
The facade keeps the burgher character typical of the Old Town after the 1950s reconstruction.
